Hey there! My name is Kore Hanon, I'm a Florida based concept artist and Santa Monica College graduate. Bringing characters to life and giving them depth is a passion of mine, and to be a part of a big project is my dream!

​​After graduating with an Associate of Science in 2D Animation, focus on VFX and Concept Art, and certifications in the same scope, I set out from Los Angeles to find new horizons on the East Coast. I have experience in freelance illustration, storyboarding, and character design for commissions, D&D campaigns, and animatics, and a professional level of experience in graphic designs for logos and scheduling. Additionally, I have leadership experience outside of the animation world for management, dance, prop and costume design, as well as running two clubs for my college. In short terms, I have a love for anything creative and learning new skills to further my goals and dreams!​

​Born and raised in San Diego with wildly creative parents, much of that colorful California life translated into my art from busy comic conventions to dance. I'd like to think much of my whimsy and quirks shine in my art, putting the world through a fantastical lens! Everyone deserves their story being told, especially all the characters that still haven't been created.

When I'm not adding to the mighty World of Kore, you can find me curled up with a pile of books or running around a Renaissance Faire in my latest costume! Creativity never sleeps as they say...
